A difficult technological process is done manually.
Steel obtained in this way is characterized by:
Increased strength, high hardness, excellent cutting properties, beautiful design, long – lasting sharpness.
Damascus steel has more than 700-1000 layers.
Package damask steel ShH15 HVG U10A, thermal expression 860 ° C
As Damascus steel is one of the rusty steels, it is especially important to remember about its proper care. The Damascus steel knife should be thoroughly wiped after every use, freed of dirt and dried so that it does not contain moisture during storage, which could cause rusting over time. Anointment should not be forgotten, any edible oil found in the kitchen can be used, just keep it oiled at all times – it will keep the rust way.
If a dark spots appear on the blade – the first signs of rust, then take the finest sandpaper (P2000 – 2500) and get rid of the rust spots by lightly rubbing the blade.
