The Hapstone R2 knife sharpener is one of the new knife sharpeners from Hapstone. Hapstone R2, which is equivalent to Hapstone V8 and Hapstone M3, is part of Hapstone’s modular platform, an innovative technology that allows customers to configure and upgrade the sharpening system without restriction. Equipped with a state-of-the-art rotating clamp module, the Hapstone R2 provides a combination of the highest precision, rich features and scalability for knife sharpening enthusiasts.
Hapstone R2 Standard is a main flow kit . R2 Standard offers 2x asymmetrical angled universal clamps that can be turned inwards (small knives) or outwards (long knives). The clamps use flexible flat springs and spacer screws to secure knives of any shape, including full flat grinding.
