Sharpening is a process that ensures the knife’s cutting edge remains in good condition for as long as possible, and it is performed during the workday.<\/p>\n
The SHARP’EASY kit also includes a stainless steel bracket (support) and an instruction manual.<\/p>\n
How to use SHARP\u2019EASY:<\/p>\n
Daily maintenance of the cutting surface and removal of burrs:
\nInsert the blade into the guide until it reaches the handle. When the blade comes into contact with the pre-tensioned guides, move it <\/p>\n
Run the blade from the handle to the tip of the knife with a gentle, steady motion, sliding it down the inside of the guide rail but without reaching the V-shaped stop at the bottom.<\/p>\n
This movement should be repeated several times in a row.<\/p>\n
Straightening a Worn or Damaged Cutting Edge:
\nInsert the knife blade into the bottom of the guide until it reaches the V-shaped stops. Slide the knife all the way to its handle. With a smooth motion, guide the knife back to the tip, applying light pressure as you move. <\/p>\n
It is recommended to repeat this step several times in a row.<\/p>\n
