Testkniven h\u00f6ll imponerande 68 HRC. Sammantaget kan S390 Microclean, baserat p\u00e5 publicerade data och tester, vara ett mycket effektivt st\u00e5l, och med tanke p\u00e5 det v\u00e4rmebehandlingsprotokoll som anv\u00e4nts tror jag att det kan fungera utm\u00e4rkt b\u00e5de i h\u00f6gpresterande sk\u00e4rknivar och i st\u00f6rre knivar f\u00f6r tyngre bruk.
