Swedish Bohler-Uddeholm N695 knife steel. Bohler N695 is a chromium stainless steel from the Bohler Uddeholm group. It has high hardness, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. A knife made of N695 steel does not corrode, stays sharp for a long time and needs no special maintenance. Rolled using transverse technology to ensure maximum stability and uniformity of plate and sheet material.
