One of them is the classic fixed hanger, the other a free-swinging hanger that lets the knife hang freely yet securely on the belt, easing movement and avoiding the discomfort that arises when you have to sit down during the hunt or drive from stand to stand with the knife in the fixed hanger pressing awkwardly against your leg or waist.
