The TSPROF Pioneer knife sharpening system is a reliable and practical tool for sharpening knives at home. Its simple operation and intuitive layout are combined with a stylish design:
The universal clips allow you to sharpen folding knives, kitchen knives, travel knives, and multi-purpose tools. Depending on the blade size, the clips can be moved along the slots in the frame.
The TSPROF Pioneer sharpener’s rotating mechanism helps maintain a consistent sharpening angle on both sides of the knife. After setting the desired angle, the sliding lever allows you to securely lock the rotary unit in place.
The angle adjustment shaft moves smoothly inside the frame, which is milled from an aviation-grade aluminum alloy. With the help of a rubber ring, you can easily track and compensate for changes in the sharpening angle when working with abrasive materials of varying thicknesses.
Thanks to the steel platform, it is possible to work with the Axicube One electronic goniometer (in P2 mode) and other electronic goniometers with a magnetic base.
The abrasive holder is designed for standard 150-mm-long abrasive stones. The holder’s spring-loaded clamp allows for quick abrasive replacement.
The abrasive holder is positioned for easy blade rotation, abrasive replacement, and visual inspection of the stone’s cleanliness.
The wooden ball handle fits comfortably in the hand for better control of the abrasive’s movements.
The abrasive stroke limiter with a damper prevents the abrasive stone from tearing the blade.
For convenient storage, the device’s frame is designed to be removed, and the body can be folded.
Base dimensions when folded: 11 × 12 × 3.5 cm.
The TSPROF Pioneer weighs only 1.4 kg—it is the lightest of our sharpening devices. A clamp (included) is used to secure it to a table. The universal base allows the system to be mounted on a K03 profile stand.
The folding knives on the TSPROF Pioneer are comfortable for both left- and right-handed users; all of the device’s components can be positioned under either the left or right hand.
